All products and services are purchased legally or done fairly by commercial agreement by MMOSolution between buyer and seller according to 2 types (Single Domain & Multi Domains).

We do not allow under any circumstances to license, sub-license, sell, resell, decompile, swap our products with other products.

All our extensions and templates also offer FREE FULL SUPPORT in the first 12 month after purchase.

SUPPORT RULES

MMOSolution only supports valid purchased products along with respective registered services in http://www.MMOSolution.com.

Both Single and Multi Domain License also have installation support & customization service packages. You can contact email Support@MMOSolution.com or directly http://MMOSolution.com

We only guarantee compatibility products with the default  system you're using. Obviously you need to expect adequate charges for service packages for modification and customization from our original products.

SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS

When you submit to support ticket page https://MMOSolution.com/support, please describe in detail your issue, send sample images and provide your FTP hosting and website admin infomation.

We guarantee your infomation protection, all of this is our responsibility and accords to our high reputation.

WORKING HOURS

Customer service will consider your requests and reply within 48 hours on working days. Our working days starts from 9 AM - 5 PM at UTC +7:00 timezone.

Our working day sare from Monday to Saturday except national holidays.

NEW NEGOTIATION

You now currently use Mijo Shop, Ace Shop, Joo Cart, or similar platform. Some our products can be provided with more platforms. We are available to discuss your problems to fix compatibility on chat support.

REFUND GUARANTEE

We consider refund requesst from new purchasing transactions within 15 days. Money back will be done with an email notification after we confirm your claim.
